Scope of Services and Supply
Our scope of supply in the field of industrial heat transfer and energy generation ranges from waste heat boilers and preheaters through to a variety of heat exchangers, and is complemented by individual planning, construction and maintenance services for the utilisation of heat.
Finned or unfinned tube heat exchangers
… functioning as ‘heaters’ or coolers’. Transfer of heat from water, steam or thermal oil to a gaseous medium or vice versa.
Gas/gas heat exchangers
… for low and high temperature applications (max. 1200° C) using waste gas and air media.
Energy recovery units and waste heat boilers
… for transferring waste heat from exhaust air or waste gas to water, thermal oil or steam. Package units with integrated damper and controlled air/gas bypass. Special configurations with fans are available for facilities which do not allow back pressure on offgas side.
Air preheater, directly heated
… Heater, feeding heating or drying processes where no separation of heating gas and air is required.
Air preheater, indirectly heated
… for processes in which the hot air may not contain any heating gas component. Heating capacity up to 5 MW. Special designs for high air pressures and hot air temperatures up to 900°C.
Thermal oxidizer
… for cleaning polluted process air according to the recuperation principle with single or multiple-step energy recovery. Discharged air volume streams up to max. 30000 m3n/h
Thermal oil heater
… Combustibles: natural gas and light fuel oil as standard. Heater equipped with optimized air preheating – this reduces the approx. 15% waste gas loss without air preheating to only 5%. Heating capacities up to 10MW.
